Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
International Orders are subject to diverse duties, taxes and customs charges depending on the destination territory. The liability for payment of these charges falls upon the purchaser. On arrival, if required either the courier or a customs representative will contact you for payment of any charges that have become due on your purchase.
EU Shipping Information
As of 01/07/2021 the rules for cross-border VAT in the EU have changed and the VAT exemption for consignments below EUR 23 has been removed. This means that all consignments are subject to VAT within the territory that they are being delivered. This was designed to make sure that the payment of VAT is made where the consumption of goods takes place.
Currently Patriot Games is only able to supply goods as DDU until such time as a manageable and financially viable system is put in place to allow us to ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). We hope to be able to offer that service in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience that is caused by us abiding by the new rules at this time.
