The refund policy is simple.
If the item hasn't yet been printed (you changed your mind before we printed it), the image was rejected due to copyright or indecency issues.
We refund 100%.
If the mat has been printed and it is wrong, we made an error, we will endeavor to correct the mistake or issue a 100% refund.
If you are unhappy in any way, let us know, we will endeavor to correct it. If we can't and it is on us we will refund 100%.
Simple.
